THIS IS THE 5TH YEAR IN A ROW CHAUVIN COUNCIL DID NOT RAISE MILL RATES FOR RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL RESIDENTS, THUS KEEPING YOUR PROPERTY TAXES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE!
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT 2023
The Village of Chauvin 2023 Assessment Roll will be open to the public
from May 25, 2023, to July 25, 2023. Anyone wishing to view the roll
can do so at the Village Office during regular office hours.
Residents Please Note:
Combined Notices will be mailed on May 16, 2023
The final date for assessment appeal is July 25, 2023
Taxes are due August 25, 2023
(excepting those who are on the monthly payment program)
